Orders & Shipping

  • Where do you ship? — We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
  • How long does delivery take? — Tea ships from our U.S. warehouse and arrives in 3–7 business days. Herbal Blends, Loose-Leaf Teas & Teaware ships from our international fulfillment center and arrives in 8–15 business days. Add 1–3 business days of processing time for all orders.
  • I ordered tea and teaware together — why did I only receive one package? — They ship separately from different warehouses, and you'll get a tracking number for each. Your tea usually arrives first, so go ahead and start brewing — your teaware is on its way.
  • How do I track my order? — Every order is fully tracked. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, email us and we'll investigate.
  • Do I need to pay customs fees? — Never. All duties and import fees are handled by us. You'll only see U.S. sales tax, calculated at checkout.
  • Can I cancel or change my order? — Yes, any time before it ships — email us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders can't be cancelled, but our 30-day guarantee still applies.
  • What payment methods do you accept? — We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Eligible orders can also be split into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments. All payments are processed securely at checkout — we never see or store your card details.

Returns & Refunds

  • What's your return policy? — We offer a 30-day guarantee. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free with a photo — no return shipping needed. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
  • My order arrived damaged. What do I do? — Email support@charmandnature.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Our Tea

  • What's in your tea? — Whole-leaf black tea, real petals, freeze-dried fruit, and botanicals you can see — never dust. C&N TEA also uses a small amount of flavor so the aroma holds after brewing. Full ingredients are on each product page.
  • Are your sachets really plastic-free? — Yes. Our pyramid sachets are made from corn fiber — no plastic, no microplastics in your cup.
  • Does your tea contain caffeine? — Our C&N TEA line is black tea, so yes. Our Herbal Blends are naturally caffeine-free.
  • How do I brew it? — One sachet, 8 oz of hot water (about 200°F), 3–5 minutes. Each product page has specific brewing notes.
