Shipping & Delivery

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by product, as our collections ship from different fulfillment centers:

Estimates are in business days after dispatch and do not include processing time.

Ordering tea and teaware together? Your items will ship separately from their respective warehouses, and you'll receive a tracking number for each package. Your tea will usually arrive first — go ahead and start brewing.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $5.90. Orders over $60 ship free — applied automatically at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

You will never be asked to pay customs fees or import duties upon delivery — all of that is handled by us. Any applicable U.S. state sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order is fully tracked from dispatch to your door. Track your package anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us at support@charmandnature.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@charmandnature.com and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
